Returns

Only certain items are eligible for return. Please email us at contactus@inglenookmarketplace.com for a return authorization number and to ensure that the item is not a Final Sale or No Returns item. You must write this number on the outside of the box in order for your return to be accepted. Inglenook Marketplace is happy to provide you with a store credit for any approved returns.

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds or credits for shipping/handling charges on any of our products. We are not responsible for shrinkage or bleeding as a result of washing your item(s).

Packaging Returns

Inglenook Marketplace asks that merchandise be returned in its original condition meaning that the merchandise is unworn, unused, and unwashed. The item must be returned in its original packaging. You must include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with your reason for return. Items returned without a return authorization number, or not in original condition will be returned to customer at the customer's expense.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not returnable/exchangeable under any circumstances: All Final Sale or No Returns items.

PLEASE NOTE: All Final Sale and No Returns merchandise means Final Sale. There are No Returns & No Exchanges.

Shipping Charges for returned items 

Shipping charges incurred for exchanges will be billed to customer who placed the original order unless otherwise specified. Store credit can take anywhere between two and four weeks to process from the time the return is received and processed. Exchanged items along with orders that use a store credit are not eligible for free shipping.

Canceled Orders

Canceled or modified orders must be done as soon as possible. Please email your request, and we will do everything we can to assist you. If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel or modify the order. It will be the customer's responsibility to pay for and send the package back to the address Inglenook Marketplace provides to you.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Most of our products will ship within 10 business days of your order. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. 

 Free Shipping

 Inglenook Marketplace offers free shipping on orders of $150 or more. 

 Rush Services

 If you need an order rushed, please email us at contactus@inglenookmarketplace.com and we will make arrangements to get your order to you as soon as possible, based on our inventory and policies.

 Freight Shipping Charges

In the event your item is too large for regular shipping (UPS, FedEx, USPS) we will need to use a freight company to ship your items to you. We will always select the one that has the most economical rate. These rates are not absolute and may change at any time. We will reach out to you should this instance occur.
